Qld:Man killed while lying on road in Cairns
BRISBANE, April 4 AAP - A man has been killed after being hit by two vehicles while
lying on the road in the north Queensland city of Cairns.
The 35-year-old man was run over by two vehicles on Mulgrave Road outside the Showgrounds
Shopping Centre in Cairns at about 9.30pm (AEST) yesterday, police said.
It was raining heavily at the time of the incident, and police said motorists would
have been unable to see the man.
